Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fox and Mane Equestrian. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1) Orders & Payments
- Prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be completed at checkout.
- We may cancel/refuse orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud).
2) Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by courier/location.
- Customers are responsible for correct shipping details. We can’t replace/refund orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
3) Colours & Sizes
- We aim to display colours and sizes accurately; actual colours may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric batches.
- Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between styles.
4) Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, undamaged, and with all original tags/packaging.

- Worn/washed/altered items
- Items marked with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains
- Customer-damaged items

5) Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email foxandmaneequestrian@outlook.co.uk within 7 days of receipt (include photos).
- We’ll provide a replacement, repair, or refund in line with UK consumer rights.
6) Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with approval/rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
7) Exchanges
- Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
8) Liability
- We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays once the order has been handed to the courier.
- We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or use of the product.
9) Stock Control
Stock & Availability
At Fox and Mane Equestrian, we work hard to keep our products in stock and true to size. However, from time to time, there may be delays in restocking certain items or slight variations in sizing due to manufacturing processes, fabric batches, or supplier availability. In rare cases, if an item you’ve ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or arrange a refund.
