At Fox and Mane Equestrian, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Processing Times

 

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Delivery Options – United Kingdom

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 (tracked). Rates are based on order weight:


  • £3.00 → 0 lb – 2.2 lb
  • £3.50 → 2.2 lb – 4.4 lb
  • £6.80 → 4.4 lb – 22.5 lb


Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

 

Tracking

  • Tracking details (if applicable) will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.


Delays & Stock Availability

 

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, busy periods, or supplier restocks.
  • If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or refund.


Incorrect Addresses

 

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
