Refund & Returns Policy – Fox and Mane Equestrian

We hope you love your purchase from Fox and Mane Equestrian. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
This policy complies with UK consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returns
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, undamaged, and with all original tags/packaging attached.

We cannot accept returns on:
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items marked with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains
- Customer-damaged items
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- If you choose to use our prepaid returns label, a fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If your requested item/size is not available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at foxandmaneequestrian@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving it (include photos if possible).
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with UK consumer rights legislation.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
